Frequently Asked Questions
Do you sell new or used vehicles?
We export brand-new vehicles only. Some markets require "zero-mileage used" registration for export — we will explain the best option for your country.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is 1 unit for most models. Mixed models in one container are possible. Volume orders receive better pricing.
Which trade terms and payment methods do you accept?
We usually quote FOB or CIF. Payment is typically by T/T: a deposit to confirm the order and the balance before shipment. Other arrangements can be discussed.
How are vehicles shipped?
By RoRo (roll-on/roll-off) vessel or in 40ft containers (usually 2–4 cars per container), from major Chinese ports such as Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
How long does delivery take?
Lead time for in-stock models is typically 7–30 days before shipment. Sea transit time depends on the destination port — usually 25–50 days.
Can you provide left-hand drive and right-hand drive vehicles?
Most Chinese domestic-market models are left-hand drive. Right-hand drive availability depends on the model — please ask us for your market.
